Bangkok: To enhance customer safety and convenience, the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has introduced three digital channels for its services. These channels aim to protect users from scammers while providing comprehensive electrical service solutions.



According to Thai News Agency, MEA encourages customers to utilize its digital platforms, which include the MEA Smart Life application, LINE OA MEA Connect, and its official website. The MEA Smart Life app is available for free download on both the App Store and Play Store, providing users with a secure and efficient means to manage their electrical needs.



Customers can also connect with MEA through LINE OA MEA Connect by adding @meathailand. It is important to verify the account by checking for the green shield in front of the account name, ensuring it is the authentic MEA account. Additionally, the MEA website, offers a variety of services at the click of a button.



These platforms allow users to check and pay their electricity bills, view electricity usage history, receive documents online via MEA e-Bill, collect MEA Points, and request new or additional electricity services. Furthermore, users can receive direct updates and news from MEA, among other services provided.
