Hua Hin area condo market slow Pandemic brings halt to new project launches but prices hold steady The condominium market in the Cha-am, Hua Hin and Khao Tao area remained slow in terms of both supply and demand in the second half of 2021, according to Sunchai Kooakachai, director and head of research and advisory at Knight Frank Thailand.
