According to Thai News Agency, SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited and Sansiri Public Company Limited have refuted claims of investment connections with the group led by Mr. Chen Zhi. SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited addressed the circulating media reports, clarifying that Prince Holding Group has no investments in their companies or projects. The company emphasized that there have been no transactions with Mr. Chen Zhi or any affiliations with Prince Holding Group. SC Asset reiterated its commitment to good governance and compliance with legal standards, warning of potential legal action against those perpetuating false information that could harm the company's reputation. Similarly, Sansiri Public Company Limited, after a thorough review of their transaction records, confirmed the absence of any dealings with the parties mentioned in the reports. The company acknowledged the media coverage regarding foreign investments in Thai real estate projects but found no links to the Khun By You project or any related transactions. Sansiri assured that all their project dealings are properly documented and legally verified.
