Both children and elderly people, who recently underwent heart surgery, remain trapped inside and await evacuation assistance. Bie previously appealed for help on Instagram, but their relatives have yet to receive assistance. This morning, Bie made a desperate plea for help for his relatives, as they have not eaten, drank, or drank anything for three or four days and are now struggling.
