People’s Party Celebrates Landslide Victory with Bangkok Parade

Bangkok: The People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) organized a parade of vehicles throughout Bangkok to express gratitude to the city's residents following a landslide victory in every district. Nattapong Ruangpanyawut, a leader of the People's Party, is leading the celebratory caravan to thank supporters for their unwavering support.

According to Thai News Agency, the atmosphere at the People's Party headquarters was bustling as party leaders, including Deputy Party Leader Sirikanya Tansakul and Executive Committee member Phicharn Chaowapatanawong, arrived to monitor the political situation and prepare for public gatherings. The victory parade aims to foster a closer connection with the public after the party successfully fielded candidates in all 33 constituencies in Bangkok.

Mr. Pijarn emphasized that the party is currently focused on the early stages of the vote counting process. When questioned about potential resignations if the party's seats fall below expectations, Mr. Phicharn declined to comment, stating it was better to wait for a clearer picture before addressing such issues.

In response to inquiries about the party's political stance concerning the Pheu Thai Party, Mr. Phicharn highlighted that each party must determine its own course of action. He reiterated that the People's Party has a clear stance, independent of any decisions Pheu Thai may make regarding their role in the government or opposition.
