Police Intensify Manhunt for Armed Suspect in Nakhon Pathom

Nakhon pathom: Police are intensifying their manhunt for a suspect carrying a gun and have surrounded multiple locations. Reports of a siege and pressure ensue in several areas, including Thong In Village in Nakhon Pathom province, against "L," a suspect for illegal possession of a firearm. These reports are unconfirmed and are based solely on accounts from local residents.

According to Thai News Agency, the location where authorities received the latest tip about Mr. L, or Mr. Noparat, the suspect, which our news team investigated, is Thong In Village in Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province. This area is on the border between Nonthaburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, and Nakhon Pathom provinces. Police are still in the process of verifying the identity of Mr. L. Several local residents confirm that they have not seen him in the area, which is mostly agricultural land with scattered villages and factories.

Previously, residents of Ban Song Saeng, Sam Mueang Subdistrict, Lat Bua Luang District, reported seeing the suspect walking out of the village road wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and a hat. He then borrowed a mobile phone from an elderly woman who runs a flower shop at the village entrance to call his mother and arrange for her to pick him up at Wat Lat Bua Luang yesterday afternoon. CCTV footage captured the incident at 9:40 AM yesterday.

Mr. Teerapong was the one who found the car and reported it to the police because he saw a vehicle matching the description in the news. Normally, people in the alley know that they would park on the left side of the road, so he suspected it was a car from outside the area parked there. Locals reported that this vehicle used to park at this spot frequently. People in the alley thought it belonged to construction workers or people visiting residents. There was one bullet hole in the rear of the vehicle, and the hole in the truck bed was fresh and not yet rusty. Forensic officers have recently arrived at the scene. Investigators have examined the vehicle at the scene to collect fingerprints, hair, and other evidence.
