Bangkok: SME D Bank has announced a strategic partnership with key industry players to introduce the "Loan Protection Life Insurance 2026" service. This initiative is designed to provide small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with a more robust method for managing business risks.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Pichit Mitrawong, the Managing Director of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME D Bank), led the launch event alongside executives from Chubb Life Assurance Public Company Limited, Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, and Thai Samut Life Assurance Public Company Limited. The collaboration was officially introduced during the 'Kick Off Event for the 2026 Loan Protection Life Insurance Project'.
The newly launched service aims to furnish SME D Bank's loan customers with an effective tool for mitigating financial uncertainties. By offering loan life insurance, the service seeks to reduce the financial repercussions of unexpected events, thereby enhancing business confidence and fostering financial stability in the long term. The launch event took place at the Co-Working Space on the first floor of the SME Bank Tower.
