Bangkok: The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and Krungsri Bank Public Company Limited have jointly organized a seminar titled "Journey to IPO: Upgrading Businesses for Sustainable Growth". This initiative aims to enhance the understanding of entrepreneurs regarding the utilization of the capital market for business advancement and to facilitate discussions on the succession of family businesses across generations.
According to Thai News Agency, the seminar was inaugurated by key figures including Sarawis Krairiksh, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Marketing at SET, and Amnuay Jiramahapoka, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Marketing at SET, who oversees issuers. Additionally, Duangkamol Limppuangthip, President of SME Banking at Krungsri Bank, Thongchai Vajaphatthana, Head of Corporate Banking at Krungsri Bank, and Suthipong Poonsermlap, Head of Financial Advisory at Krungsri Bank, played significant roles in the event.
The seminar attracted over 100 entrepreneurs who gathered to acquire insights and share their experiences in preparing for sustainable business practices. The focus was on equipping business leaders with the necessary tools and knowledge to navigate the complexities of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and ensure the enduring success of family-run businesses.
