Bangkok: The AURELIAN GROUP, a newly established conglomerate under the AG umbrella, is set to make waves in the Thai economy with its grand launch scheduled for August 17th. This multi-billion baht business empire aims to transform various sectors amidst challenging economic conditions.
According to Thai News Agency, Dr. Nattawut Wongniem, Chairman of AURELIAN GROUP Co., Ltd., shared insights into the group's strategic launch at the Aswin Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok. The event will be presided over by Mr. Suchart Chomklin, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment. The AURELIAN GROUP, a collaboration between Thai and European business partners, plans to invest tens of billions of dollars in Thailand, targeting key sectors such as energy, data electronics, and solar farms.
Dr. Nattawut explained that the initiative began on August 5, 2026, when discussions with European and American business associates led to the decision to invest in Thailand. The selected locations are strategically chosen for their proximity to international airports and water resources, essential for clean energy projects. Following these discussions, AURELIAN GROUP Co., Ltd. was officially registered with the Ministry of Commerce, encompassing a total of 27 affiliated companies.
The group adopts a "TIGHT LOOSE TIGHT" management principle, aiming for international standards across diverse sectors including real estate, infrastructure, energy, and international trade. AURELIAN GROUP plans to import various consumer goods, reducing costs for the general public, and invest in agricultural ventures such as rice purchasing centers and chemical fertilizer factories. Additionally, the conglomerate will venture into logistics, healthcare, foreign exchange, and the industrial sector.
Dr. Nattawut emphasized that a highly capable woman has been appointed as CEO, although her identity will be disclosed at the official announcement. The press conference promises surprises for the media and business partners. The launch event will take place from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, marking the beginning of a new era for AURELIAN GROUP in Thailand.
