He conveyed his encouragement to those about to take interviews for promotions at Thammasat University, wishing them success and fulfillment of their career aspirations. Mr. Asaphol emphasized the importance of a merit-based system where all candidates begin on equal footing. He stressed that ability and determination should be the key factors determining career advancement, noting that candidates who worked hard and demonstrated the nece ssary knowledge and abilities would have the opportunity to advance.
