Pichit Potharamik Donates 2 Million Baht to Thai Men’s National Volleyball Team

Sanaa:Pichit Potharamik, a major shareholder of JAS and MONO, has donated 2 million baht to support the Thai men's national volleyball team following their 5th place finish at the 2026 Asian Championship.

According to Thai News Agency, Potharamik's contribution is intended to encourage and support the team, acknowledging their dedication and commitment throughout the competition. The prize money is aimed at helping the team further develop their potential and prepare for future international tournaments.

In addition to this donation, Potharamik has provided 14 million baht in prize money to the Thai women's national volleyball team, bringing his total support for both teams to 16 million baht. He is also offering assistance in sports science and catering for athletes during the 2026 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship and the 2026 Asian Games in Japan to ensure their well-being.

This initiative is part of the "Stronger Thailand" concept, which focuses on empowering Thai athletes through comprehensive support, both on and off the field. It emphasizes that international success is achieved through preparation and support, not just competition. The Volleyball Association of Thailand has expressed gratitude to Potharamik for his vital support, acknowledging it as a significant source of motivation for coaches and athletes to continue achieving excellence and bringing pride to Thailand.
