Bangkok:"Chairat," the administrator of the Godd Dam Facebook page, has been taken into custody and remanded to the Criminal Court. He remained silent and refused to answer media questions, while investigators opposed bail.
According to Thai News Agency, police took "Chairat" into custody and remanded him to the Criminal Court. Investigators objected to bail, citing concerns that the suspect's testimony was unhelpful and fears he might interfere with evidence.
CCTV footage from Thung Song Hong Police Station showed that Mr. Chairat was still sleeping in his cell after being questioned at the Technology Crime Suppression Division 1. He was returned to the police station at approximately 300 AM. Later, at 1030 AM, police escorted him to the Criminal Court on Ratchadaphisek Road. Despite reporters' attempts to question him about his role and intentions as the page administrator, he remained silent. The suspect continues to deny all charges.
