‘BCPG’ announces interim dividend payment for the first half of 2024

BCPG Public Company Limited announced an interim dividend payment at a rate of 0.10 baht per share, with the XD (Excluding Dividend) mark on 2 September 2024 and the dividend payment date set for 13 September 2024. Mr. Niwat Adirek, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of BCPG Public Company Limited, revealed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of BCPG Public Company Limited on August 20, 2024 resolved to approve the payment of interim dividends from the operating results for the first 6 months of 2024 to the Company's shareholders at the rate of 0.10 baht per share, totaling approximately 299.58 million baht. The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends (Record Date) is set for September 3, 2024, and the interim dividend payment is set for September 13, 2024.
