Mr. Krisada Prasertsukho, Managing Director of Global Green Chemicals Public Company Limited (GGC), revealed the overall picture of the petrochemical and chemical business group for the rest of this year that there are still challenges in the supply chain, the sourcing of low-carbon raw materials, the development of highly efficient production processes and digital technology, low-emission transportation, changing market demands, and both domestic and international environmental criteria and standards. There is a tendency for more demand for sustainable products to drive the business sector by emphasizing strict environmental policies and regulations, especially in the biofuel and chemical business, sustainable palm oil production and sourcing, in order to become a sustainable low-carbon business. 'Moving towards a low-carbon business is a business opportunity. Every organization must plan throughout the supply chain because we cannot do it alone. Therefore, it is necessary for all sectors to collaborate to move towards a low-carbon business and grow sustainably together.
