Mueang yala: Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has reiterated the government's unwavering support in fostering peace and stability in the southern border provinces, underscoring the importance of "Understanding, Access, and Development" as pivotal elements in enhancing the quality of life in these areas. The Prime Minister emphasized the necessity for work to be modern and aligned with current events.

According to Thai News Agency, Anutin delivered these policy directives at the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Center (SBPAC) in Yala Province. During his visit, he expressed the government's commitment to addressing and resolving the challenges faced by the southern border provinces, positioning these efforts as a central policy priority requiring contributions from all sectors.

The government's strategy, rooted in the principles of "Understanding, Accessing, and Developing," draws inspiration from the working principles of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. It is anticipated that this approach will quickly restore lasting peace to the region. Anutin elaborated on the elements, stating that "understanding" involves thorough research into the local issues and lifestyles, "accessing" entails engaging directly with the communities to foster trust, and "development" focuses on sustainable problem-solving tailored to the specific community context.

Anutin emphasized that the pursuit of these principles must be coupled with collaborative area development to achieve lasting peace and economic prosperity. He highlighted the critical role of building trust through understanding and access, which then facilitates cooperation from the people, expediting the achievement of set goals. He noted the importance of continuously updating understanding to keep up with evolving circumstances.

The Prime Minister also pointed out the urgent and ongoing mission of the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Center to enhance the quality of life across various dimensions for the residents of Satun, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat. This involves integrating global perspectives with local contexts to ensure comprehensive improvement. The government is committed to providing full support and welcomes feedback to further elevate the quality of life for the people in these provinces.
