Bangkok: Anutin Charnvirakul, the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, stated his openness to post-election cooperation with parties that prioritize national benefits. He stressed the importance of unity among Thai people, especially in light of regional issues, and advised against premature political declarations that could lead to future complications.
According to Thai News Agency, Anutin highlighted the uncertainty surrounding Bhumjaithai Party's prime ministerial candidates, mentioning the possibility of Supajee Suthamphan and Ekniti Nitithanprapha taking on these roles. Despite this uncertainty, he expressed gratitude for public support as indicated by opinion polls, which show the Bhumjaithai Party rising from last to third place.
