BAAC Hosts ‘Summer Thai Fair’ to Promote Premium Agricultural Products

Bangkok: The Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) has announced the 'Summer Thai Fair' scheduled for April 28-30, 2025, in front of its Head Office in Bangkok. This event aims to provide a platform for customers to purchase premium agricultural and community products from farmers nationwide, while offering a refreshing way to welcome the summer season.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Paisal Hongthong, Deputy Managing Director of BAAC, highlighted that the fair will feature over 50 shops, showcasing a diverse array of products ranging from food and fashion to accessories. Noteworthy food offerings include the Nam Oi Rai Mai Jon shop's pasteurized sugarcane juice from Ratchaburi province, Hia Kiang shop's instant grass jelly from Phuket province, Pa Chaliao's original royal recipe Khao Chae from Nonthaburi province, and Nichchar Charm's premium watermelon from Chonburi province.

In addition to food, the fair will also present colorful fashion items, such as Issara Saori's woven cloth from Bangkok, SAWANG's cotton and local fabric clothing from Samut Prakan Province, and Riam Thai Fabric's Thai pattern clothes from Phetchaburi Province. Jewelry enthusiasts can explore creations by Kru Ngern Kru Thong shop from Sukhothai province, featuring items made from 99.9% silver. Leather goods by S:R Bag from Pathum Thani province, known for their genuine leather and luxurious designs, will also be available.

For those interested in health and beauty, LA'MIAT from Nakhon Pathom Province will offer soap, serum, shampoo, and skin and hair care products derived from pure salt flowers. W.S.C. Nahathai Natural Herb from Phrae Province will feature cosmetic products made from natural herbs.
