Bangkok: The Bangkok Metropolitan Police Commissioner instructed police officers to ensure safety and facilitate voters. According to Thai News Agency, Pol. Lt. Gen. Siam Boonsom, Commander of the Metropolitan Police, alongside Pol. Maj. Gen. Tinkorn Somwandee and Pol. Col. Thanachot Rerkdee, conducted inspections to assess the preparedness of various polling and referendum points. These inspections took place from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM and included locations such as the entrance of Soi Ratchaphruek 24, Wat Tritotsathep School, an out-of-district referendum station at Vajiravudh College, and a polling station inside the Excise Department. The primary aim was to stress the importance of security and voter facilitation.

Inspection findings indicated that police and related officials were fulfilling their duties effectively and adhering to the security plan. The overall atmosphere was organized, with no unusual incidents, and traffic around the locations remained smooth.
