Bangkok:The Crime Suppression Division has unveiled that Boom Panadda has filed a legal complaint against her husband, Mr. Athip, and a mechanic identified as Ae, accusing them of jointly defrauding her of over 50 million baht.
According to Thai News Agency, Police Major General Pattanasak Bubphasuwan, the Commander of the Crime Suppression Division, reported that Ms. Panadda lodged the complaint with investigators, providing numerous documents and an initial statement. The division is preparing to summon the accused for further questioning and to gather their statements.
The police are also addressing allegations of signature forgery, though no formal complaint has been filed by Ms. Panadda in this regard. It is anticipated that she may submit a report concerning the forgery at a later date. Investigators are tasked with collecting evidence and examining all details to ensure that the accused's actions align with the allegations, aiming to maintain fairness for all parties involved.
