Chinese National Found with Explosives Under Intensive Care and Police Surveillance

Pattaya: "Mingchen Shan," a Chinese man found with C4 explosives, remains in the ICU under close police surveillance. Mr. Mingchen Shan, a 31-year-old Chinese national, is accused of possessing C4 explosives and a large quantity of weapons. He remains hospitalized in the ICU on the second floor of Building 4 at Pattaya Special Prison. He was urgently admitted last night by correctional officers from Pattaya Special Prison after experiencing seizures during the prisoner screening process.

According to Thai News Agency, reporters have stated that Mr. Mingchen Shan is currently under the care of a medical team, with police and correctional officers closely guarding the emergency room. Dr. Wichai Thanasophol, director of Pattaya Patumkun Hospital, declined to disclose the condition of Mr. Mingchen Shan, but mentioned that a report on his condition and treatment procedures would be submitted to his superiors. However, information can only be disclosed to high-ranking officials.
