Bangkok: ALive and Vimut Hospital invite Thais to explore their hearts by holding a seminar and workshop, "Stress Less, Happy More," highlighting stress as a crucial signal that should not be overlooked. On November 25, 2025, ALive Powered by AIA, in collaboration with Vimut Hospital, organized a seminar and workshop under the theme 'Stress Less, Happy More' to promote understanding and coping with urban stress, an issue that impacts physical and mental health, as well as overall quality of life.

According to Thai News Agency, the organizers recognize that stress, both work-related and personal, can negatively impact daily life, relationships, and work efficiency if accumulated over time. Therefore, they have jointly opened a forum for experts and experienced individuals to share their knowledge and corrective measures.

Looking at stress in different dimensions, Mr. Chuthapat Laothamatas, Director of Development, Digital Solutions and Design, AIA Wellness, revealed that the event aims to communicate with Thais who face various levels of stress. He emphasized that being aware of and managing stress quickly will help them achieve greater happiness.
