Commander of 4th Army Region Discusses Islamic Affairs with Chularajmontri

Bangkok: The Commander of the 4th Army Region, Lieutenant General Norathip Poynok, met with Mr. Arun Boonchom, the Chularajmontri (Chief Islamic Religious Leader), to discuss the cooperation between the government and religious organizations. The meeting took place in the reception room of the Office of the Chularajmontri and aimed to exchange views and suggestions on the operation of Islamic affairs.

According to Thai News Agency, the meeting was attended by several key figures including Police Major General Surin Palare, Secretary-General of the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand, as well as Mr. Chatch Hasalem, Senior Advisor to the Chularajmontri, Mr. Prasit Mahamad, Secretary to the Chularajmontri, Dr. Pandhipa Tharaphiban, and Dr. Srisuda Lertyingcharoenchai.

The Chularajmontri expressed gratitude for the ongoing support of Islamic affairs, highlighting the benefits to both Muslim communities and Thai society at large. He also assured his readiness to collaborate closely with government agencies.
