Bangkok: Governor Chadchart has announced that the ongoing demolition of the Office of the Auditor General's building has led to the discovery of two more bodies.
According to Thai News Agency, Governor Chadchart Sittipunt inspected the search efforts for missing persons in the collapsed building. The recent findings occurred between 10:00 PM and 3:00 AM, where two more bodies were discovered in Zone D, bringing the total number of missing persons to approximately 24. Despite heavy rain disrupting operations this morning, preparations are underway to continue the search with heavy machinery, as efforts have now reached the basement level. The governor assured that all missing persons will eventually be recovered, with plans to drill through various zones today.
