Bangkok: Dr. Joe Chaiwat has launched the "City Cares for Its People" campaign, unveiling billboards that outline 10 key policies across various locations in Bangkok. The initiative aims to capture the attention of commuters and residents by showcasing policies designed to improve city life.

According to Thai News Agency, the billboards, which appeared this morning at prominent locations such as Victory Monument, Siam Paragon, and Din Daeng Triangle, feature the campaign slogan of Mr. Chaiwat Sathavorawichit, known as "Joe Chaiwat." As a candidate for Bangkok Governor, Chaiwat has strategically aligned his campaign with his candidate number 10, highlighting 10 specific policies. These policies range from enhancing public transportation and healthcare access to improving infrastructure and supporting small businesses.

The campaign promises new bus routes with covered shelters for protection against weather, resolves healthcare referral delays, and commits to annual drain cleaning to address flooding issues. Additionally, Chaiwat pledges 24-hour crime prevention through enhanced CCTV integration and AI, ensures fair trade practices, and offers free care for bedridden patients by employing over 5,000 caregivers. He also plans to revive canal ferry services, establish senior care centers, and provide affordable city accommodation.

Chaiwat's campaign aims to reinforce community engagement by utilizing various media channels to disseminate information. Previously, he announced a reduction in physical campaign signs to minimize urban clutter and traffic disruptions, opting instead for banners, brochures, leaflets, billboards, and social media outreach.
