GH Bank joins hands with Sena Development to organize the GH Bank Financial School 2024 x Developer project to support Thai people to build financial discipline and prepare for their homes with GH Bank.
Government Housing Bank (GHB) and Sena Development Public Company Limited signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on a business partnership cooperation project to implement the GHB Home Finance School 2024
x Developer project to allow regular employees or freelancers who wish to apply for a loan but are unable to present documents or sources of income and wish to apply for a loan to purchase land, buildings, or condominiums under the ‘LIVNEX Rent and Save a Home… Rent to Own’ project of Sena Development Public Company Limited. GHB promotes financial knowledge for the public through the GHB Home Finance School 2024 x Developer project to prepare them before applying for a loan with a maximum loan amount of 3 million baht per person per collateral. The interest rate for the first year is equal to MRR-3.75%
per year (2.795% per year), with an average of 3.33% per year for the first 3 years. The maximum loan period is 40 years. In the case of a loan of 1 million baht, the starting installment is only 5,200 baht! Those interested can apply for a loan from today onwards at any bank branch nationwide.
Mr. Kamolpop Virapala, Managing Director of the Government Housing Bank (GHB), revealed that GHB has collaborated with Sena Development Public Company Limited, represented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kesara Thanalakphak, Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on a business partnership project to implement the GHB Home Finance School 2024 x Developer project to allow the general public who work full-time or freelance and want to apply for a loan but cannot show the required documents or source of income to apply
for a loan to purchase land, buildings, and condominiums under the ‘LIVNEX Rent and Save Home… Rent to Own’ project of Sena Development Public Company
Limited.
Currently, you must not be in the process of paying off a home loan with the GH Bank or other financial institutions. You have the opportunity to receive a home loan with a maximum credit limit of 3 million baht. The interest rate for
the first year is MRR-3.75% per year (2.795% per year), the second year is MRR-3.15% per year (3.395% per year), the third year is MRR-2.75% per year (3.795% per year). The average for the first 3 years is 3.33% per year. The maximum loan period is 40 years. In the case of a loan of
1 million baht, the starting installment payment is only 5,200 baht!
‘GHB promotes people to gain financial knowledge through the GHB Home Project, Financial School 2024 x Developer to prepare before applying for a loan with GHB by considering the ability to save money regularly through the Application: GHB ALL GEN for no less than 12 months and pay monthly savings through LIVNEX, rent and save a house… rent to own and can use the evidence of such savings to apply for a loan with GHB in
the future, which is believed to give people more opportunities to have their own home for sure,’ said Mr. Kamolpop.
