According to Thai News Agency, the Department of Business Development organized the "Franchise for Career Creation Roadshow" from April 3-6, 2026, at the promotion area on the 1st floor of Central Hat Yai Shopping Mall. The event aimed to connect business networks from the central region to the regions and support Thai franchise entrepreneurs in expanding their businesses into local markets. Over 40 leading franchise brands, covering food, beverage, service, and beauty sectors, were showcased, providing opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs, investors, small business owners, and the general public to select franchises that suit their interests and capabilities. Direct business negotiations with franchise owners were also facilitated, along with promotional discounts on franchise packages. This aimed to make franchise investment more accessible to the unemployed and those seeking business ownership, stimulating the grassroots economy and strengthening regional economic systems.
In addition, the event will feature investment and franchise business management consultations from leading financial institutions that will have booths to provide advice and financial support, along with exclusive promotions and special franchise discounts for attendees only available at the event.
