According to Thai News Agency, police and security officials have enforced the law against a group of violent perpetrators hiding in Saba Yoi District, Songkhla Province. This morning, officials continued to control and monitor the area to prevent any potential danger to nearby residents. Negotiations were continued with the assistance of community leaders, local leaders, and local leaders who helped officials in attempting to negotiate with the perpetrator to lay down their weapons, surrender, and enter the legal process to fight within the law. The perpetrator, hiding in dense forest on a hillside, opened fire at officers at regular intervals. One perpetrator was found dead, and officials removed the body from the area for examination at Saba Yoi Hospital, following protocol. An identification will be conducted to confirm the deceased’s identity.
