Bangkok: The National Security Council (NSC) Secretary-General, Mr. Chatchai Bangchuad, will address the Constitutional Court on August 21st concerning the Hun Sen audio clip case. The hearing will involve a conversation between Prime Minister Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra and Hun Sen.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Chatchai confirmed his attendance and stated that he would wait until the day of the hearing to prepare his statement. The Constitutional Court has scheduled the hearing for two witnesses, including Mr. Chatchai, on August 21, 2025.
Dr. Prommin Lertsuridej, Secretary-General to the Prime Minister, responded to inquiries about Ms. Paethongtarn's attendance at the court. He indicated that individuals should direct their questions regarding her presence to Ms. Paethongtarn herself.
