Paetongtarn Expresses Satisfaction Over Yotsanun Wongsawat’s Rising Popularity


Bangkok: Paetongtarn Shinawatra, former Prime Minister and leader of the Pheu Thai Party, expressed her happiness following a surge in popularity for Yotsanun Wongsawat, the party’s prime ministerial candidate.



According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Paetongtarn arrived at the Pheu Thai Party headquarters at 9:55 AM, greeting the media with a smile. Her cheerful demeanor was evident as she engaged with reporters.



When questioned about Mr. Yotsanun’s growing popularity since his candidacy was announced on December 16, 2025, Ms. Paetongtarn simply stated, “I’m happy. Very happy.” Her brief yet positive response reflects the party’s optimistic outlook on Mr. Yotsanun’s bid for the prime ministerial position.
