Pajaree Anannarukan Achieves Best Thai Finish at US Women’s Open

California: "Pro Mew" Pajaree Anannarukan delivered the best performance by a Thai professional golfer, finishing tied for 8th place at the US Women's Open golf major in the United States. The final round of the LPGA Tour's second major golf tournament of the year, the US Women's Open presented by Ally (par 71), took place in California, USA, on June 7th.

According to Thai News Agency, Pajaree Anannarukan made 5 birdies and 1 bogey, adding 4 under par in the final round. Her total score was 2 under par, finishing in a tie for 8th place, the best performance by a Thai golfer. Meanwhile, "Pro Meow" Papangkorn Dhawatchanakit finished tied for 22nd place with a score of 2 over par, "Pro Jin" Atthaya Thitikul finished tied for 28th place with a score of 3 over par, and "Pro May" Ariya Jutanugarn finished tied for 60th place with a score of 10 over par.

The champion is Nelly Korda, with a score of 8 under par. This marks her fourth tournament win and second major championship this year for the world number one American golfer.
