Bangkok: Boy Anuwat and Peeth Peerawatch of PEACEMAKER are reuniting for a major concert, PEACEMAKER THE RE:PEACE CONCERT. After keeping fans waiting and anticipating for 23 years, the legendary former duo behind the anthem for singles, Boy Anuwat and Peeth Peerawatch, of PEACEMAKER, are finally reuniting for one last time in a major concert, PEACEMAKER THE RE:PEACE CONCERT, to be held on May 16-17 at UOB Live Emsphere. Both revealed that this concert stemmed from their longing and the requests from fans who had been asking for their return. Coincidentally, Boy had a prior opportunity to appear on Peeth's show, which sparked the idea for their concert collaboration, leading him to immediately contact Peeth regarding the venue and preparations.
According to Thai News Agency, both admitted that they were very excited to be working together again, but everything remains the same - their friendship and closeness. However, what they need to discuss is the life experiences they've each encountered over the past 20 years, and how to adapt those experiences to create a suitable working relationship. They believe this concert will create special moments that will evoke fond memories for fans, especially with songs that everyone can sing along to from the first word, like "Kid Teung" (Missing You). Some songs will have been given a contemporary musical update, created by the renowned Music Director, Chak Chawin, to impress everyone. Regarding the guest performers for this important concert, they revealed that they intentionally chose individuals whose talents align with their journeys as artists and who represent their individual styles. There will definitely be more than one guest performer.
