Ayutthaya: Yotsanu Wongsawat, the Pheu Thai Party's prime ministerial candidate, expressed his expectations for parliamentary seats in Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, and Nonthaburi provinces after visiting the area today to listen to farmers' concerns. He stated that his confidence is growing day by day, but emphasized the need to remain vigilant in campaigning. He stressed the importance of demonstrating to the public that the party has consistently worked in the field, not just during the election period. Understanding the real problems will showcase the genuine intentions of all candidates.
According to Thai News Agency, Yotsanan said the Pheu Thai party's popularity is improving day by day and he aims to win all the parliamentary seats in Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, and Nonthaburi provinces. However, he is not complacent, saying he will continue to campaign in the area and believes he can attract votes from undecided voters after the party's policy announcement on January 8.
Yotsanan highlighted several key policies that he believes will resonate with voters, particularly in the agricultural sector. He mentioned initiatives regarding fertilizers, seeds, and fuel for agricultural machinery, asserting that the party has addressed these issues comprehensively. Furthermore, he noted that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce will work collaboratively to enhance export negotiations, benefiting the rice market on a global scale.
Looking ahead to the new policies to be unveiled on January 8th, Yotsanan stated that they will focus on previously overlooked groups who are in need of policy and budget support. He expressed confidence that these new policies will attract undecided voters who view the Pheu Thai Party as a capable and experienced political entity.
