Pipat Ratchakitprakarn Emphasizes Legal Process in Khao Kradong Land Dispute

Bangkok: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Pipat Ratchakitprakarn, has refrained from commenting on the ongoing Khao Kradong land dispute, emphasizing the need for adherence to legal protocols. He stated that any complaints must be filed through the appropriate channels and that the court's verdict is essential before any further action can be taken.

According to Thai News Agency, the Khao Kradong case involves a directive from the Prime Minister for the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) to handle lawsuits on a plot-by-plot basis. When questioned about whether he had received a report from the SRT, Pipat expressed his unawareness of the current stage of court proceedings, reiterating that the matter should be resolved through the usual legal process.
