Prime Minister’s Vietnam Visit Delays Cabinet Meeting

Bangkok: The Cabinet meeting originally scheduled for June 9th has been postponed due to the Prime Minister's mission in Vietnam. The new date for the meeting is set for June 10th.

According to Thai News Agency, the Cabinet Secretariat announced that the 9th Cabinet Meeting of 2026 will now take place on Wednesday, June 10th at 10:00 AM. This change accommodates the Prime Minister's commitments during his visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from June 8th to 9th. The Prime Minister is accompanied by a significant number of ministers, necessitating the rescheduling of the meeting.

Ministers and relevant agencies have been informed about the adjustment in the meeting schedule. The decision aligns with the instructions provided by the Prime Minister, ensuring that the government can continue its activities effectively while accommodating the international engagement in Vietnam.
