SEC Revokes Investment Advisor Status of Kanyapak Prasertkitkul

Bangkok: The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced the revocation of the investment advisor status of Kanyapak Prasertkitkul, effective September 6, 2025. This decision comes as part of the SEC's ongoing efforts to maintain transparency and integrity within the financial advisory industry.

According to Thai News Agency, the SEC has determined that Kanyapak Prasertkitkul lacks the necessary qualifications to serve as an investment advisor. Additionally, there were discrepancies found in the educational qualifications claimed by Prasertkitkul during their application process for investment advisory approval. As a result, the SEC has decided to revoke their investment advisory approval, which will take effect on June 6, 2025.
