Bangkok: The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced the revocation of the investment advisor status of Kanyapak Prasertkitkul, effective September 6, 2025. According to Thai News Agency, the SEC has determined that Kanyapak Prasertkitkul lacks the necessary qualifications to serve as an investment advisor. As a result, the SEC has decided to revoke their investment advisory approval, which will take effect on June 6, 2025.
