Bangkok: The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) is set to host its inaugural "SET Zooom in Live: A Chat for Investors" event on March 7. This event aims to engage investors by providing a platform for direct interaction with investment experts.
According to Thai News Agency, the event will cater to both beginner and experienced investors, offering a comprehensive discussion on various investment strategies. The focus will be on managing investment volatility, including current geopolitical issues such as the situation in the Middle East. The event will run from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and will be divided into two sessions.
The morning session, titled "This Portfolio...What Do You Think?", will take place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It will feature a direct discussion with Value Investors (VIs) who will share their perspectives, experiences, and stock selection methods for long-term investments. The session will be moderated by Viboon Phungprasert, Amorn Kovaanichcharoen, Suthon Singhasithangkoon, Waraporn Wongsarakham, and Chatchawanant Santhidej, all prominent figures in the Thai investment community.
The afternoon session, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, will focus on "Quick Q and A: In-depth Analysis for Traders". This segment will include investment strategists, analysts, and financial planners who will provide practical trading advice and insights into navigating different market conditions. Speakers for this session are Win Prompat, Narumon Boonsanong, Pichai Lertsapongkit, Warut Rungkha, and Charanawet Saksri, each bringing their expertise in financial planning and securities.
The "SET Zooom in Live" event will be streamed live for free on YouTube and Facebook, allowing a wide audience to benefit from the insights shared by the experts.
