Bangkok: Skechers has announced the return of its popular SKECHERS RUNNING WORKSHOP 2025, offering running enthusiasts a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in nature within the bustling city. The event, led by Ms. Nantanee Prasitjutrakul, Marketing Manager of Skechers (Thailand) Co., Ltd., marks the 29th installment of the workshop, aiming to provide a refreshing experience for health-conscious runners.
According to Thai News Agency, the workshop invites participants to embark on a 10-kilometer run through some of Bangkok's prominent urban parks. The route begins and ends at Central Ladprao, taking runners through Chatuchak Park, Queen Sirikit Park, Phu Pha Mahanathi Park, and Rot Fai Park. These parks are well-regarded for their greenery and atmosphere, offering participants both a health boost and a new perspective on the city.
This year's event showcases the new 'AERO Series' from Skechers Performance, featuring the AERO BurstS and AERO SparkS models. The AERO Series integrates Hyper Burst IceS technology, a dual-layer foam midsole with a carbon-infused H-plate at the forefoot, designed for speed, style, and comfort. The Skechers Arch FitĀ® insole complements the design with enhanced cushioning and support.
Participants had the chance to test the AERO BurstS, tailored for long-distance running, with features like a breathable mesh upper and secure tongue. Meanwhile, the AERO SparkS model is suitable for both everyday use and long-distance running, offering responsive cushioning and a snug fit. The workshop provided runners with the opportunity to try both models in a natural setting amidst the urban landscape.
