Bangkok: Tourist police held discussions with the Omani ambassador to enhance tourist safety and strengthen cooperation between the two countries. Pol. Maj. Gen. Pongsiayam Meekhantong, Deputy Commander of the Tourist Police, met with His Excellency Ambassador Issa bin Abdullah Al Alawi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Thailand, and Mr. Omar Saud Al Hinai, Counselor of the Embassy, at the invitation of the Omani Ambassador, at the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Thailand.
