Thai National Team Prepares for Quarterfinal Clash Against China

Aichi:Chehanafi Mama, a forward for the Thai national team at the Asian Games, is optimistic about defeating China in the upcoming quarterfinals.

According to Thai News Agency, the team, under the guidance of head coach "Coach Wang" Thawatchai Damrong-ongtrakul, held a training session at Itsugaoka Sports Square in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. This session was in preparation for their quarter-final match against China, the Group A winner, scheduled for September 26th. Thailand secured their spot in the quarter-finals as the runners-up in Group A, amassing 6 points.

During the training, Coach Wang emphasized tactical drills, aiming to ensure that the players are thoroughly prepared for the match. Chehanafi Mama, the team's striker, expressed confidence in the team's readiness. Having previously scored against China, he acknowledged the quality and experience of the Chinese team. Mama highlighted the importance of focused training for Thailand as they aim for victory.
