The Thai women's national volleyball team, having previously defeated the Philippines 3-0, faced Indonesia for their second match. Indonesia, coming off a 3-2 win against Vietnam, was unable to overcome the Thai team's strong performance. The stadium was filled with enthusiastic volleyball fans. In this encounter, head coach Kiattipong Ratchatagriengkrai selected a starting lineup featuring captain Pornpun Guedparach, alongside Chatchu-on Moksri, who returned from injury, Thaddao Nuekjaeng, Sasipaporn Chantavisut, Pimpichaya Kokram, Kaewkallaya Kamulthala, and libero Piyanut Paennoy.
