Bangkok: The trend among modern Thais is to be mindful of consumption habits in order to sustainably combat the silent threat of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). The “Alternative Health Products Fair” concludes, reinforcing this trend and advancing proactive strategies to sustainably address these health concerns.
According to Thai News Agency, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Thailand concluded the “Healthier Choice Expo” at IMPACT Exhibition Hall 8, Muang Thong Thani, with an overwhelming response. Public participation in health-related activities continued, reflecting the success in raising awareness of the “Healthier Choice” nutrition label. This development is a positive sign, encouraging Thais to change their behavior towards reducing sugar, fat, and salt intake, thereby lowering the risk of NCDs.
