Thanathorn Pledges End to Political Turncoats in Chonburi District 6

Chonburi: "Thanathorn" visits Chonburi and Chachoengsao, declares that there will be no more "political turncoats" in Chonburi District 6. Thanathorn visited these provinces, emphasizing policies on economic well-being and universal welfare for all ages. He stated, "with us, there will be no shady dealings," promising immediate action against any wrongdoing without protecting the guilty.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, campaign assistant for the People's Party, traveled to Chonburi and Chachoengsao with Ms. Benja Saengchan to support the party's parliamentary candidates. Their visit included speeches and forums, drawing significant interest from local residents.

Mr. Thanathorn expressed gratitude for the warm welcome from the community, encouraging continued support and apologizing for past incidents involving "snake" MPs who defected. He assured residents of Chonburi District 6 that such betrayals would not occur again.

During a public consultation, Thanathorn outlined the People's Party's policies, focusing on support for an aging society. He proposed a more efficient caregiver system for dependent elderly individuals, who will receive care service coupons. He also discussed the Clean Air Act, targeting pollution in agriculture, transportation, and industry, expressing confidence in legislative support once parliament convenes.

Thanathorn presented economic policies such as a lottery receipt system to boost small businesses, tax reform, and the use of e-Tax Invoice/Receipt systems by large businesses. This would enable SMEs to use "trade receivables bills" for loan collateral, with trade credit limited to 45 days for SMEs.

In response to inquiries about the party's stance after the arrest of its candidate in Tak Constituency 2 for alleged involvement in online gambling, Thanathorn reiterated the party's commitment to combating corruption. He assured that any wrongdoing would be met with decisive action, with no exceptions made.

The People's Party has fielded candidates across all 10 constituencies in Chonburi Province and all 4 constituencies in Chachoengsao Province.
