Bangkok: With tears in her eyes, veteran actress Tik Kanyarat, who has transitioned into producing the series "Gir's Love" and the massive project "4 Elements" by Baan Wathinwanich, opened up about her struggles due to overwhelming drama. The series features eight leading Thai actresses: Freen Sarocha, Becky Rebecca, Ingfah Waraha, Charlotte Austin, Apple Lapisara, Mim Pandita, Namneung Milin, and Noey Kantheera. Tik revealed that reaching this point required overcoming numerous dramatic challenges.
According to Thai News Agency, Tik Kanyarat revealed that in the past, she was both an investor in girl love series and, at one point, a victim of a disaster. It was a big step from being a small-time actress to becoming a series producer, which meant having much more responsibility in terms of production, execution, coordination, front-end and back-end work-a complete package. The work can be quite stressful, and she sometimes vents on social media because she wants to do her best to satisfy everyone.
She revealed that she considers herself a victim of the crisis because she is quite stressed and takes in every detail of everyone's situation. Sometimes she overwhelms herself with comments and feelings, trying to solve everyone's problems to achieve the best possible result. She admits to feeling discouraged at times because it's a large project, but she perseveres. She's read many encouraging comments and is grateful for the support, which has given her a small space to breathe and replenish her strength to move forward.
Tik admitted that she had received some discouraging comments in the past, being accused of favoritism and showing bias towards certain individuals. She acknowledged that she works in a central position, dealing with many artists and fandoms, and having to pay attention to every detail and cater to everyone. She admitted that there were times when reading comments that stung, but she has now found solutions and those gaps have been mended. Everyone's first steps involve mistakes, and she accepts responsibility for correcting them and will continue to improve, using these mistakes as motivation.
Before she tearfully opened up about the problems plaguing her, she revealed that her heart rate had become rapid, something she normally experiences. She speculated it might be due to a thyroid issue combined with accumulated stress, but it wasn't serious enough to require medical attention. However, it made her reminisce about the times she was "Tik Kanyarat," those fun travel moments when she never reacted so quickly to comments like this.
Tik's next goal is to deliver the most perfect work possible to everyone. She wants to do her best, primarily because of her reputation, and secondly, because it's a piece of work she wants people to talk about. She regards the project as a significant achievement for a young person like herself. As for the feedback from fans, she's happy that many people call her the "Queen of GL" or the "President of the GL Association" because she's brought together so many top-tier actors. She believes the GL series market is growing and can expand even more due to its beautiful and tender love stories, with diverse narratives that can continue to drive the market forward.
Before updating that there are still two series left in production, Tik addressed the issue of famous actresses "Becky Rebecca" and "Freen Sarocha," who had previously terminated their contracts with their former agency and started a new one. She admitted there were scheduling issues and declined to comment on the artists' personal problems with their former agencies, which she wasn't aware of in advance. She acknowledged that there were gaps during the filming transition, but adjustments were made and reconnected. Coordination was changed from the artists' former agencies to her own company directly. Currently, all actors' schedules are running smoothly, and "Freen" and "Becky" have given their full schedules, with everyone working smoothly as normal.
