Bangkok: Varawut Silpa-archa has opened up about his decision to join the Bhumjaithai Party, describing it as akin to a jigsaw piece completing a puzzle and expressing confidence in the party's comprehensive policies. He emphasized the party's slogan of "saying is doing plus."
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Varawut, a candidate for Member of Parliament under the party-list system of the Bhumjaithai Party, spoke about the party's strong internal structure and policies that cover all dimensions. He noted that his previous work in environmental and social issues complements the party's structure and team, creating a perfect fit. He believes that working with the Bhumjaithai Party enables him to propose and implement positive changes for Thai society.
Mr. Varawut also remarked on the challenges faced by small political parties in the current political climate. He explained that smaller parties struggle to present policies and ideas effectively compared to larger parties. He noted that a party with a larger membership, like Bhumjaithai, possesses a stronger voice and influence. The comprehensive policy framework of the Bhumjaithai Party, he believes, will allow for more effective problem-solving and policy implementation.
