National Police Chief Rushes to Hat Yai to Address Severe Flooding

Hat yai: The National Police Chief has urgently flown south to monitor the severe flooding situation in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, and other southern areas. He is preparing to hold a meeting with relevant agencies and local police to assist in evacuating people from flooded areas.

According to Thai News Agency, this morning at 8:15 a.m., Police General Kittirat Phanphet, the National Police Chief, arrived at the Police Aviation Division in Tha Raeng, Bang Khen District, to board a Police Aviation Division plane to Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. He brought relief supplies, medicine, and essential medical supplies to assist flood-affected residents in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province.

It was reported that the National Police Chief called a meeting with local police to emphasize assistance and support for relevant agencies in evacuating people from flooded areas.
