Bangkok Thonburi University Prepares Large Team for Thailand University Games

Bangkok: Bangkok Thonburi University is fielding a large team of student athletes to compete in the Thailand University Games. Bangkok Thonburi University (BTU) is fully preparing to send its athletic team to the 51st Thailand University Games, "Inthanin Games 2026," reflecting its potential for excellence in sports, education, and student development coupled with ethics and sustainability.

According to Thai News Agency, Associate Professor Dr. Duangrit Benjathikul Chairungruang chaired a preparatory meeting for Bangkok Thonburi University's athletic team's participation in the competition. The meeting, held in a conference room at Bangkok Thonburi University, was attended by coaches, support staff, and other stakeholders to discuss management strategies, athlete care, and comprehensive preparation.

Bangkok Thonburi University places great importance on comprehensive preparation, encompassing the capabilities of each athletic team, the readiness of coaches, support from the sports science team, medical team, and expert supporting personnel. This is to ensure the strength, safety, and optimal performance of athletes during competitions.

The 51st Thailand University Games, "Inthanin Games 2026," will be held at Maejo University, Chiang Mai, from January 9-19, 2026, under the theme "Spirit, Smart, Sport, Sustainability."
