Nack Chalee’s Defamation Lawsuit Against Sisters Escalates with Social Media Clash

Bangkok: Nack Chalee fired back at his group of older sisters, saying, "Life is better off staying quiet. You guys love the attention so much. Why don't you blame yourselves and your lawyers?"

According to Thai News Agency, the epic family feud, which seems far from over, has resurfaced with another drama. Lawyer Nida, representing the sisters, gave an interview outlining the latest developments in the defamation lawsuit filed by Nack Chalee against his four sisters. Nida stated, "Currently, the case is in the court process. Nak filed a defamation lawsuit by publication since mid-year, alleging that the four aunts damaged his reputation after he defended himself by clarifying the truth. The four aunts also intended to clarify their side of the story, and the lawyer believes they acted in good faith in their posts. They had reasons for doing so because they were being attacked online, making it difficult for them to earn a living. However, it's Nak's right to feel it's unfair and to file the lawsuit. I cannot predict the court's decision."

Yesterday, Nack posted a message on his personal Instagram account stating, "We're all getting old. You can't think straight. There are so many heads together. It's better to just live quietly. You love attention so much. In the end, the attention probably wasn't as good as you planned, leading to stress and blaming others. Why don't you blame yourselves and your lawyers first? Think carefully about what caused this stress this time. Then you won't keep blaming others. Think about it. That's all. If you can think, you won't be stressed out. There are many nicer and more positive things I could say. But if you like living like this, then start over. Switch things up; sometimes the attention is good, sometimes it's bad."

Nack's post continued with a word of warning: "Be careful what you type. Some people are desperate for money, and you might waste your time on pointless things like this. Consider it a funny online joke; just stop wasting your time on it. My apologies to everyone for this useless news bothering you all."

Previously, Nack had gone live to talk about his mother, saying, "I always tell my mother that I'm ready to be alone. I'm not stressed because many people, when they have these kinds of problems, like to think that the parents are taking sides with one child or another. My parents don't take sides with anyone, I'm saying that right here. And I don't take advantage of my parents by having them on my side. Let me tell you, if it wasn't me, if it was them, they would have had my mother sitting next to me, making her look pitiful. But I wouldn't do that. I feel it's a very thoughtless thing to do. I let my mother choose. My mother used to live with her grandchildren and their children. I told her that I'm ready to be alone. I'm not afraid of anything. Just come and say hello. If you want to go back and live with your grandchildren and siblings, feel free. I say this every time because I'm ready to be alone. I'm not stressed. I'm ready to be with what I have. I'm content. I have the children around me, like family , like real siblings. That's all I need."
