Anutin Charnvirakul Intensifies Campaign Along Mekong River, Urges Support for Bhumjaithai Party

Nakhon phanom: Anutin Charnvirakul, leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, has launched an intensive campaign effort along the Mekong River, focusing on garnering votes from residents in Nakhon Phanom Province. From early morning until late at night, Anutin has been actively engaging with the electorate, emphasizing the accomplishments of the current Prime Minister in restoring national dignity and urging voters to support the Bhumjaithai Party across all four constituencies in the province.

According to Thai News Agency, Anutin's campaign in Nakhon Phanom marks his initial stop in the Northeast, where he visited several districts including Na Kae, Na Wa, Si Songkhram, Ban Phaeng, and Mueang to rally support for the party's parliamentary candidates. These candidates include Ms. Suppapanee Pothisu (District 1), Mr. Naphojkorn Thanapayasit (District 2), Mr. Alongkot Maneekas (District 3), and Mr. Chukan Kulwongsa (District 4).

Arriving at Nong Sang Reservoir in Na Kae District, Anutin was welcomed with traditional Northeastern Thai customs, receiving garlands of marigolds and traditional scarves from villagers. The campaign atmosphere was vibrant, with party songs like "I've Chosen" playing in the background. During his speech, Anutin recalled his previous visit two years ago and highlighted his commitment to representing the people's interests, particularly praising Mr. Chukan Kulwongsa for his dedication to the Na Kae community.

Addressing local concerns, Anutin discussed the potential reopening of border crossings and the impact of preventing illegal rice imports on domestic rice prices. He emphasized the importance of supporting Thai farmers by improving marketing channels and maintaining the quality of Thai rice to ensure its competitiveness globally. He also referenced the "Half-Half Plus" project, describing it as a key economic initiative that he plans to expand if re-elected.

Anutin further announced plans for a new high-standard hospital in Na Kae, with a budget of over 200 million baht for fiscal year 2027, pending parliamentary approval. He assured the community that Mr. Chukan Kulwongsa would safeguard this budget if elected, highlighting the Bhumjaithai Party's commitment to improving healthcare services.

Concluding his speech, Anutin reiterated the party's mission to reduce expenses, increase income, and expand opportunities for citizens. He urged voters to support Bhumjaithai Party candidates, specifically mentioning the party's number, 37, in the upcoming election. Following the rally, Anutin engaged with villagers, receiving traditional blessings and expressing gratitude for their support, while reiterating his commitment to their well-being and development.
