Phumakhuea: "Colonel Phumakhuea" led his troops in a ceremony to collect soil from the Phumakhuea battlefield, to be enshrined in the Suranaree Force Museum.
According to Thai News Agency, Lieutenant Colonel Chakrit Khurirang, Commander of the 11th Infantry Battalion, Task Force 1, Suranaree Force, spearheaded this significant event. The soil, taken from the Phumakhuea battlefield located on the Thai-Cambodian border, will be preserved at the Suranaree Force Military Museum as a symbol of historical honor.
The Battle of Phu Makheua is a testament to the valor of Thai soldiers who defended the nation's sovereignty.
