Phayao mangrai: Floodwaters in Phayao Mangrai have begun to recede, but locals are still suffering. According to Thai News Agency, the flood situation in Mae Pao Subdistrict, Phaya Mengrai District, Chiang Rai Province, showed improvement this morning as the water level dropped by more than 80%. Despite this, a large amount of mud still covers many houses and roads, and continuous light rain persists.
